1. RATES

The fee of room games or Escape Room is different in each venue (city). To know the updated prices you have to consult the games of each city. The reservation of an escape room will involve the following payment:

  • Clue Hunter A Coruña: Payment of 100% of the amount is required of the game to reserve.
  • Clue Hunter Madrid: Payment of 100% of the amount of the game to reserve is required.
  • Clue Hunter Murcia: Minimum payment required (repository) €20 for each set to reserve.< /li>
  • Clue Hunter Valencia: A minimum payment (deposit) of €20 is required for each game to reserve.
  • Clue Hunter Zaragoza: Minimum payment required (repository) €30 for each game to reserve.

Payment of the reservation, whether it is full or a deposit, will not be refunded if the client cancels the reservation.

If the client makes a minimum payment (deposit), he will make the remaining payment corresponding to his reservation at the Clue Hunter facilities before starting the contracted activity or at the end of it. If the number of participants is greater than that contracted, the rates corresponding to the new number of players will be applied. If the number of participants is less than the contracted, the fees corresponding to the new number of players will be applied if a deposit was made. In payments of 100% of the amount of the game to reserve, no refund will be made if the number of participants is less than the contracted one.

The fare of the gift voucher and gift box varies, depending on the number of players selected and the venue selected (city), and may be used to redeem a game session based on the value of the coupon only at the selected venue. The payment of the gift voucher and the gift box will not be refunded in any case.

All Rates that appear on the Web have applied the legal taxes provided for in the Spanish regulations that apply to it. 2. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS

a. In the Reservations section, the calendar shows the days that can be selected and, subsequently, the available hours. The days and hours that are not available will not be selectable on the website.

b. To reserve it is necessary to enter name, email address and contact telephone number.

c. For a successful reservation, the user must select one of the available payment systems, becoming effective if the cost of the service has been credited to the Provider’s account by the payment processes established on the web.

d. Clue Hunter, depending on the selected venue (city), accepts payments by bank transfer, Bizum and credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron…). We use secure payment systems to protect the security of payment by credit or debit card. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the financial institution. When making the payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce. Then it will connect with the issuing bank, which will authorize the operation.

e. In payments by transfer, the user assumes all the expenses or surcharges that his bank may include (postage and taxes).

f. In the case of a bank transfer, if the deposit is not deposited in the Clue Hunter account within 48 hours, the system will automatically cancel the reservation.

g. Clue Hunter automatically sends a confirmation email to the user, with the reservation data, this email is sent to the email address provided by the user during the registration process. If this email is not received, the user should contact Clue Hunter by sending an email.

h. The confirmation email sent by Clue Hunter is in the nature of a Simplified Invoice. Clue Hunter staff can request a printed simplified invoice to enjoy the game at the time of entry. This simplified invoice is not personal, so anyone in the group can present it and access the game.

i. The user can request an invoice at any time by sending their billing information by email.


3. CANCELLATION POLICY

If a client wants to cancel a reservation, they will have to contact the Clue Hunter office corresponding to their reservation via email. The cancellation may be carried out according to the following terms in the offices of A Coruña, Madrid, Murcia and Valencia:

  • If the client cancels more than 24 hours in advance of the date and time of the reservation: a voucher for the amount paid so that it can be exchanged at later dates and will be valid for 6 months, counting from the date on which the activity was to be carried out.
  • If the client cancels less than 24 hours in advance of the date and time of the reservation: Unfortunately not No bond will be generated for the amount paid, nor will any type of refund be made, and the client will lose the reservation.

Gift vouchers and gift boxes cannot be canceled once the purchase has been made. The use of the gift voucher coupon and gift boxes to make a reservation will have the same characteristics as a reservation made through payment and, therefore, will be governed by the same cancellation policy.

If due to reasons beyond the control of Clue Hunter (power outages, server failures, etc.) the contracted services cannot be offered, Clue Hunter will contact Get in touch with those affected and they will study alternatives to change the reservation, cancel it or make the relevant refund.

4. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

b. Clue Hunter has games for adults and minors. People between the ages of 8 and 17 may participate in games for adults as long as they are accompanied by at least one adult.

c. Clue Hunter reserves the right of admission for those clients related to the following cases:

– Filming or photograph inside the premises.

– Participate (carries or consumes) in the game under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated or any type of drugs or other psychotropic or mind-altering substances.

– Port any object capable of causing damage to people or things.

– Missing personal hygiene.

– Rioters proven that they manifest violent attitudes and that provoke or incite any disorder during the game or in the facilities.

d. It will not be possible to start the game if there is a delay of 15 minutes or more from the reserved time. In this case, you will not be able to change the game session nor will you be able to claim a refund of the fee paid.

e. The maximum duration of the game is the one set for each of the experiences (60 -75 minutes). It is not possible to extend this time.

f. Clue Hunter reserves the right to request image rights from users, of those images that have been taken within its facilities. These images will be used to publish them on the web, on social networks and for promotional use.

g. If during the course of the game one of the users becomes ill, he must leave the game accompanied by another user until he recovers, the rest of the users can continue playing. In the event of an accident or serious illness, the Clue Hunter staff who control the game may decide to stop it completely.

If any problem/error occurs with the Web for reasons beyond our control and that does not allow payment with another of the allowed systems, the reservation can be made without a deposit and payment can be made on the day of the game before the start of the game. In case of paying in cash, we ask you to bring the correct amount, to expedite the process and because we cannot guarantee that there will be change. More than 24 hours in advance: A voucher will be generated for the amount paid so that you can redeem it on the date and game you want, with a validity of 6 months.< br>The same day (24h): unfortunately if the game is canceled the same day it starts or any attendee does not attend the activity, we cannot refund the amount or offer another session.
The number of participants in the escape halls will be confirmed at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
In the escape halls at home, if finally the number of attendees is less than  80% of the people confirmed, at least the value of 80% of the confirmed total will be charged.

**If due to causes beyond the control of Clue Hunter (power outages, server failures, etc.) the services cannot be offered, Clue Hunter will contact those affected and alternatives will be studied to change reservations, cancel them or make the relevant returns.
