Yes, when it is a Last Minute (reservation made 2 hours before the start). To confirm the reservation you have to call the contact telephone number of the city where you are going to play (from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.). If any problem/error occurs with the Web for reasons beyond our control and that does not allow payment with another of the allowed systems, the reservation can be made without a deposit and payment can be made on the day of the game before the start of the game. More than 24 hours in advance: A voucher will be generated for the amount paid so that you can redeem it on the date and game you want, with a validity of 6 months.< br>The same day (24h): unfortunately if the game is canceled the same day it starts or any attendee does not attend the activity, we cannot refund the amount or offer another session.
The number of participants in the escape halls will be confirmed at least 48 hours before the start of the activity.
In the escape halls at home, if finally the number of attendees is less than  80% of the people confirmed, at least the value of 80% of the confirmed total will be charged.

**If due to causes beyond the control of Clue Hunter (power outages, server failures, etc.) the services cannot be offered, Clue Hunter will contact those affected and alternatives will be studied to change reservations, cancel them or make the relevant returns.

If you have a discount voucher or gift code, you can redeem it on our website at the time of booking.
